Care Instructions◄

Jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Always apply your perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and potions before putting on your jewelry and remove your jewelry before you go to sleep. Jewelry should also be removed before any activity that could potentially cause damage. Examples include, but are not limited to, the handling of harsh chemicals, exercising, heavy lifting, swimming, gardening, showering, etc. There's no need for chemicals to clean your jewelry, just wash your fine jewelry with warm, soapy water and a lint free cloth or soft toothbrush as needed.

Metal and Gem Sourcing Information◄

All of the jewelry we make in our studio is handmade with 100% recycled metals, with the exception of the delicate chains that we purchase from trusted sources. We primarily source our metals from Hoover and Strong, a US based SCS certified green refinery. Our gemstones are ethically sourced and our diamonds are conflict-free.

Guarantees and Warranty ◄

EC Design guarantees our jewelry will be presented to you in pristine condition. Flush set stones that are supplied by EC Design are guaranteed for 1 year after purchase. Center stones and customer provided stones are not guaranteed and separate insurance is highly recommended. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, such as chipped or missing stones or misshapen bands, can be repaired for a fee. To keep your treasured jewelry beautiful for years to come, we recommend having your jewelry inspected and cleaned annually, a service EC Design is happy to offer free of charge for all of our jewelry.

Returns and Exchanges◄

Within 14 days of receipt, in-stock jewelry is eligible for exchange for studio credit only. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for made to order or custom jewelry. No Cash Returns. Please ensure you select the correct size and metal option when placing your order. If you find you need your new ring resized, we'd be happy to do so for a small fee.
